Alhamdulillah.. kek menjadi dgn elok. Bahagian cekelat sedang elok jer manis dia.. (nasib baik tak guna semua 500gm gula!!) dan bahagian cheese pun smooth jer, sedap!! Cuma yg K.Nor ralat sket, bahagian cekelat tu, pekat sgt la.. Ijan, masa ijan buat, tak pekat ke? Nak ngejas tepung, kut2 mmg brownies ni mmg jenis pekat gitu adunannya. Try gak letak semua tepung, padahal dlm hati dah tergerak nak tambah susu fresh. Masa meletak layer coklat yg pertama, dah ok.. boleh la spread kat loyang tu. Tp bila dah dimasukkan adunan creamcheese, pastu nak letak pulak 2nd layer coklat utk cover bahagian atas cheese, pekat! payah nak spread rata. Last letak jer situ sikit, sini sikit cuba gak nak meratakan. Dalam hati mintak2 la masa proses pembakaran tu, yg bahagian atas tu akan mencair dan cover dgn elok. Tp tak menjadi kenyataan ler.. Tetap duduk dlm keadaan bertompok2.. Mungkin kena tambah susu kut sket utk bahagian atas ni, utk memudahkan nak cover atas cheese layer tu.. Yer la kan, belajar dr pengalaman tu mustahak.. Tak cuba tak tau.. bila dah cuba, kita boleh ejjas kat mana yg perlu..Yg penting, NEVER GIVE UP!!! Camna Ijan, bila Ijan buat ya.. sbb nampak Ijan dpt cover bahagian atas dgn molek jer.. nak kena berguru nih...
Apa pun, brownies ni mmg mabeles... Ina, tak jadi la letak topping, takut manis sgt lak nanti.. lain kali wat yg Ina dah buat tu ya.. TQ to Ijan..

Chocolate Cheese Brownies
Chocolate Cheese Brownies
- 250 g soft (room temperature) butter
- 5 dl sugar (about 430gm)
- 4 eggs
- 3 dl flour (about 180gm)
- 1 dl dark cacao (60gm)
- 1 teaspoon paking powder
- a dash of salt
- 100 g dark chocolate melted
- 2 dl pecan, crashed a bit (i put about 120 gm)
Cheese mixture
- 100 g soft (room temperature) butter
- 300 g naturel cream cheese
- 1,5 dl sugar
- 2 spoon wheat flour
- 2 eggs
1dl=100ml
- Prepare brownie mixture. Mix butter and sugar in a bowl. Add eggs one at time and whip between. Add wheat-flour, dark cacao, baking powder and salt.
- Melt the chocolate (double boiling) and let it cool down. Add melted chocolate and the pecans in the mixture.
- Pour half of the mixture in the mold and start preparing the cheese mixture.
- Mix butter and naturel cream cheese. Add sugar, wheat-flour and eggs and mix well.
- Pour it on the brownie layer and spread the rest of the brownie dough on it.
- Bake 175 °C for 50-60 minutes depending on how thick it is.
