Dah tengok kat rumah Ika dan dah tengok kat rumah Izah Muffin. Mmg tergoda sungguh... mmg kena buat gak. Mulanya beli pisang nk buat kek pisang tp kena simpan dulu resipi yg baru nk try tu. Kena buat gak muffin ni.
Resipi ni K.Nor amik kat allrecipes.com dan rasanya Ika dan Izah pun guna resipi yang sama. Wangi jer bila dlm proses bakar td, dgn bau serbuk kayu manis tu. K.Nor tak letak banyak, secubit jer. Kang anak2 tak nak makan lak.

BANANA CRUMB MUFFINS

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup white sugar ~ cam ika gak, guna 1/2 caw jer
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 10 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.
- In a large bowl, mix together 1 1/2 cups flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
- In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons flour and cinnamon. Cut in 1 tablespoon butter until mixture resembles coarse cornmeal. Sprinkle topping over muffins.
- Bake in preheated oven for 18 to 20 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of a muffin comes out clean.
Yang ni special posing utk tatapan Geraugebang. Tengok betul2 ya, bukan Gerau aje buat dpt muffin cam belalai gajah or hidung org tu. K.Nor yg dah selalu buat muffin pun jadi gak benda yg sama. Yg jadi gitu tu sbb K.Nor letak banyak sket dlm cup yg last tu utk habiskan semua baki adunan. So bila masak, ia melimpah ruah la.. So adik Gerau, jgn susah hati bila sekali baking or buat muffin tak menjadi. Jgn sesekali give up. Nak pandai kena banyak trial & error. Lagi pun oben Gerau tu baru lagi, mungkin Gerau tak kenal sgt dgn perwatakan dia.. tak kenal maka tak cinta hehe.. Insyaallah lama2 nanti, dah acap kali guna.. baru Gerau tau camna nak kontrol atau nak guna utk baking apa2. Ok.. teruskan membaking :)
** k.nor rasa lain kali kena kurangkan lagi sukatan gula dlm adunan muffin. Dah kurangkan jd 1/2 cawan tp masih manis gak. mungkin pisang yg k.nor guna tu mmg manis dah kut. so terpulang pd citarasa masing2 ya.
