Choco Raising Bread


Resipi roti ni K.Nor amik kat rumah Ika nun di Siam. Dah lama teringin nak meroti.. hari ni baru mood meroti dtg balik. Sebelum Naim balik ke asrama K.Nor buat la roti ni sbb dia mmg suka makan roti yg bercoklat gini. Roti ni mmg lembut dah sedappp..

CHOCO RAISIN BREAD

Ingreadients

A

300 g High Protien Flour/Bread Flour
5 g Milk Powder
3 g Bread Improver ~ k.nor tak letak
10 g Choc Powder


B

50 g Castor Sugar

1/2 tsp Salt

30 g Egg>>
yg ni kita tak masukkan :D ganti dgn 1 sb WATER ROUX
180 g Cold Water
7.5 g Yeast

1/2 tsp Choc Emulco


C

15 g Butter

15 g shortening


D

150 g Raisin
~ k.nor ganti dgn choc chip (70gm)



Method
  • Combine A and B to form a dough. Add in C, knead until smooth and elastic.
  • Add in D,mix till well blended.
  • Cover n rest for 30 minute.
  • Divide into 40g each. Let them prove for 10 minutes. Roll into balls.
  • Arrange into (8x8x4)" greased tin. Let it prove double in size, brush with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Bake at 180C for 20-25minutes.
ATAU
Masukkan sume dlm BM bermula dgn liquid dulu barulah masuk bhn kering.. set kan On n tunggu sampai siap bergantung jenis BM masing2 ya..Bila dah berenti tumbuk2 kuarkan angin n bg rest 10 minute sebelum dbagi2 kan kepada bebola kecil.. Selepas tu boleh leh dbahagikan setiap satu lebih kurang 40g bentuk2 kan, penaikkan lg 2 kali ganda. pastu bakar mcm biasa.
