Ermmm... cam pakat2 jer dgn Che Mat arini masak lauk yg menggunakan daun selasih/thai basil. Che Mat masak guna daging, K.Nor cuma guna ayam jer. Resipi Thai Basil Chicken ni hasil AlongRoz. Sedap, wangi jer bau daun selasih tu. Tapi kan, K.Nor tak masak direct ayam gitu, K.Nor gaul dulu dgn sedikit serbuk kunyit dan garam. Pastu goreng sekejap jer, jgn sampai garing. K.Nor buat gini sbb anak2 lebih suka kalau ayam tu digoreng dulu dr masukkan direct dlm kuali.
Meh kita tengok resipi Thai Basil Chicken. Mintak izin ya Along, nak share resipi tu kat sini. Mekacih.. mmmmmuah tuk Liana comel :)
THAI BASIL CHICKEN by AlongRoz
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Chicken - cut to small bite size
6-7 cloves Garlic*
15 Bird-eye Chilies* (* minced)
2 tbsp Fish Sauce
1 Tomato - cut 6
1 big bunch Thai Basil Leaves - separate from stems
Salt
METHOD:
1. Fry minced garlic & chili until fragrant.
Add in chicken & stir well for few minutes.
Add in fish sauce & salt.
Cover until chicken is cooked.
2. Add in tomato & basil leaves.
Stir for two minutes.
Dish up & serve hot with white rice.
