Tirguda jua akhirnya....

Setelah sekian lama wat derk dgn tayangan amal yg bermula kat rumah Rima, pastu Izah, pastu Ika yg baru jer balik bercuti Siam terus aje digodeknya, pastu rumah Anim pulak... hati dan nafsu boleh bertahan lg.. Taaaaaaapiiiiiiiiiii bila tengok kat rumah Ayu smlm... alahaiiiii.. tak leh jadi.. kena godek gak benda nih.. Masing2 duk promote bukan main lagi ya...

Keluarkan telur dr esbok, tunggu ilang kesejukkan nya, pastu terus aje godek.. Tak kira la.. nak buat jugakkkkk!!! hehehe

K.Nor tabur kepingan badam sebelum proses membakar, hasilnya? lagi syok!! lemak2 badam tu best :)

Resipi Congo Bars ni K.Nor amik kat rumah Ayu sbb bila g tengok kat rumah Ayu la yg mencairkan hati ni utk buat join yg lain2 buat brownies sedap nih... Akak kopipes ya Ayu.. dan mekasih jugak buat Rima yg share resipi ni.


CONGO BARS

Ingredients,
2 3/4 cup all purpose flour-(315g)
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup butter, softened-(150g)
1 lb. light brown sugar(453g) - (Ayu used 300g) ~ k.nor letak 275gm
3 eggs-(Ayu used 4 small eggs)
1 teaspoon vanilla
11.5 ounce package milk chocolate chips(326g) - (Ayu used 300g valrhona dark chocolate chopped)
1 cup chopped pecans (optional)-(Ayu didnt add) ~ tk letak gak

By mixer:
Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Set aside.
Combine butter and sugar using a mixer until blended.
Add eggs, one at a time to sugar mixture, mixing on low in between each addition.
Add vanilla and mix.
Add flour and mix until combined.
Stir in chips and then pecans.

By hand:-(Ayu just use this method) ~ k.nor jugak :)
Sift flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Set aside.
Stir brown sugar into softened (not melted) butter in another large bowl until butter disappears. You can use the back of your spoon to help incorporate the two together.
Add eggs one at a time to butter mixture and stir well after each egg.
Add vanilla, chocolate chips and nuts. Mix well.
Add dry flour mixture and stir until well combined.
Coat a 13 X 9 -(Ayu used 10x10)pan with non-stick spray and spread batter evenly into dish(Ayu used parchment paper).
Bake at 170 degree for 30 minutes or until top is golden brown. Make sure you don’t over bake.

* Bg sesapa yg kurang suka manis2 tu, kurangkan la gula ya.. Yg K.Nor buat ni dah kurangkan jd 275 gm pun terasa manis yg amat! Tak tau la camna pembuat asal boleh letak sampai 435gm tu.. manis ya ampunn!! :)
