ASSALAMUALAIKUM...
Pantang tengok puding kat rumah org lain, mula la terasa nak memuding gak. Bahan2 semua ada kat dapur, dpt la godek puding ni. Mudah dan sedap, tp tak derhaka mmg tak sah. Rasanya org dah boleh tau tang mana K.Nor suka derhaka kan.. Yep.. semestinya tang sukatan gula tu.. Rasa cam banyak jer 170gm tu, jd K.Nor letak 10 sudu jer gula. Sori ya Gert, Nor mmg tak suka manis2 sgt.. hehe..
Hasil pelangi tak berapa cun sgt. Terlalu nipis jadi kaler cam nak bercampur jer. Kena lebihkan adunan setiap kali masukkan dalam loyang. Sapa2 nak tau cara nak bentukkan puding jadi cam pelangi, sila klik link kat nama Gert tu ya.. Gert ada tunjuk camna dia letak loyang masa tuangkan adunan puding. K.Nor tak amik gambar the making sbb adunan puding ni cepat mengeras. Kena lapiskan cepat2 ya.. Rasanya next time nak buat lagi puding ni, biar betul2 cantik pelanginya, baru rasa puas hati :)

RAINBOW PUDDING

Ingredients:
13 gram agar agar powder
800ml water
170 gram sugar ~ k.nor letak 10 sudu besar jer
3 pandan leaves
300 ml milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp custard powder
1. Bring the water, pandan leaves and agar agar to boil. Let it boil for 3 minutes and remove it from heat and let it cool down a bit. Remove the pandan leaves.
2. Beat eggs with a whisk; add in the milk and custard powder. Mix well. Pour the mixture through a sieve into the agar agar mixture. Stir well.
3. Add in the sugar, put the pot back to the store and bring it up to boil again. Remove from heat.
4. Divide the mixture into 3 equal portions. Color one with pink, yellow and green or any color of your choice) Place your tray or mould for the pudding slightly slanting in an angle (you can use a book – refer to pix).
