ASSALAMUALAIKUM...
First time tengok Ann tayang kat blog dia, terus jatuh cinta kat ciskek dia yg gojes tu. Org kata love at the first sight! Memang sangat2 berkenan dgn kecantikan dan kelembutan kaler ciskek Ann. Pastu copy & save resipi tu, dan asyik terbayang jer dlm kepala nak buat. Nak cari Apple Syrup tu yg payah. Rasanya tak pernah terjumpa lagi syrup gitu kat kedai2. Kebetulan masa gi Bake With Yen dgn sister K.Nor bulan lepas tu, ternampak ler perisa/essence green apple, terus sambar sebotol. Memang aim nak guna dlm resipi ni la..
Akhirnya tercapai gak hajat nak buat Non Bake Cheesecake with Apple Syrup tp rasanya kena panggil Non Bake Green Apple Cheesecake aje kan, sbb tak guna Apple Syrup tu. hehe.. Cantik tak hasil ciskek ni? Nak tau rasanya? Secantik rupanya tu, secantik tu jugak la rasanya. Memang sedap! Walaupun K.Nor tak guna digestive biscuits (tak pernah jumpa lagi biskut tu kat sini, tak tau la terlepas pandang kut) K.Nor gantikan dgn biskut tiger susu jer. haha.. jadi la kan.. lebih kurang gak tu.. Kita yg buat dia, bukan dia buat kita. Hasilnya tetap sedap! Lemak2 berkrim.. wallahhhhh.. Lemak2 menari keriangan, diet makin lama makin syok duk bercanda di tengah lautan.. adehhh...
Eh.. panjang pulak ngomel malam ni ya...Siang tadi tak ngomel, mlm ni terlebih pulak. Hahhh amik, mana2 yg suruh K.Nor mengomel sgt tu.. Baca.. jgn tak baca.. hihihi... Dah abis baca, meh join ngap ciskek yg sedap ni.. Tq so much Ann for sharing the marvelous recipe!
NON BAKE CHEESECAKE with APPLE SYRUP

Crust
150g Digestive biscuits, crushed
60g Butter
Filling
100ml Water
2 tbsp Gelatin
250g Cream cheese, soften at room temperature
75g Caster sugar (used icing sugar, sifted **add icing sugar to90g if you prefer a sweeter cake)
250g (1 cup) Natural yogurt (used Greek yogurt)
125g Green flavored Apple syrup (from PH) ~ k.nor skip sbb tak ada
Method:
Line a 20cm round pan (with removable base) set aside.
Combine crushed digestive biscuit crumbs and melted butter together in a mixing bowl. Press the biscuit crumbs onto the base of the prepared pan. Chill in the freezer compartment for at least one hour.
Measure water into a bowl and sprinkle in the gelatin (without stirring with a spoon). Set aside to allow the gelatin grains to swell (10mins) before setting the bowl over a pot of simmering hot water. Stir with a spoon and once the gelatin melts, remove the bowl from the pot and set aside to cool to room temperature.
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and icing sugar together until smooth. Add in gelatin solution and yogurt, beat till the mixture turns smooth.
Divide mixture into two bowls, one with 250g cream cheese mixture and add in 125g apple syrup, mix well with a spatula.
Spoon 4 tablespoon of the plain cream cheese mixture into the middle of the prepared pan, then 3 tablespoon of the apple syrup cream cheese on top.
Continue alternately the cream cheese until you finish them. Don't tilt the pan, it will spread by itself. You can change the lines to zebra design if you wish (refer here).
Chill cheesecake in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or till next day before serve.
* Biskut digestive tu K.Nor gantikan dgn Biskut Tiger Susu.. Lepas makan kita kuat dan sihat ya.. hehe
Green Apple syrup tu tak ada, K.Nor gantikan dgn 1 sudu teh perisa apple hijau (beli kat BWY) dan sedikit pewarna hijau.
