Ni lah dia kuih yg digodek smlm disamping Muffin Coklat (2) tu. Dah lama aim nak buat Bolu Kukus Mekar Chocolate ni, tambah lagi bila dapat merembat acuan apam yg berlubang2 tu. Excited giler masa jumpa acuan apam kat kedai baking di KTrg ni. Hari tu masa gi BWY Puchong, cari gak acuan yg berlubang ni tp ada sebiji jer. Bila jumpa acuan ni baru2 ni, terus ajer rembat, bukan senang nak dpt kan..
Alhamdulillah.. kesemua BKMC yg dibuat telah kembang mekar dgn jayanya. Walaupun adunan agak padat berbading dgn Apam Yogurt yg dah pernah buat dulu tu, BKMC ni tetap mekar mungkin disebabkan faktor acuan apam yg berlubang tu. Thanks to Rima yg dah share resipi BKMC ni, cam biasa K.Nor kurangkan sukatan gula yg digunakan dan rasa sedang elok jerbila bergabung dgn coklat. Sedap!
BOLU KUKUS MEKAR CHOCOLATE

Ingredients
2 eggs
200g sugar ~ k.nor guna 145gm jer
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp emulsifier
250g flour
25g cocoa powder - valrhona
1/2 tsp baking powder
225ml soda water
50g dark cooking chocolate - i used 53% cocoa berry
Enough sesame seed ~ yg ni k.nor skip
Method
- Sangrai (fry without oil) sesame seed till slightly brown
- Double boil ur dark cooking chocolate till melt... set aside
- Whisk eggs, sugar, salt and emulsifier till thick and fluffy
- Lower ur mixer speed and add in sifted flour mixture (flour, cocoa powder, baking powder) alternately with soda water - F-SW-F-SW-F
- Add in melted chocolate and rum and mix thoroughly
- Pipe in ur batter into each mould and sprinkle sesame seed on top
- Steam on high fire for 10mins
