ASSALAMUALAIKUM..
Dah lama betul tak tayang dessert kat sini kan.. Memang dah lama pun tak buat dessert dan kalau ada buat pun buat yg dah biasa post atau yg simple2 jer. Kali ni K.Nor nak kongsikan satu resipi dessert yg saaaaaaaaaaaaangat mabeles.. Sangat enak dimakan sejuk2. Kali ni K.Nor ngelat sket, bukan aje makan sejuk2 sbb diletak dlm fridge, K.Nor letak kat freezer atas saranan Along. Masa dia ngap sket dia kata, kalau letak kat freezer sedap ni mak, mcm makan ice cream.. K.Nor pun letak la kat freezer, dan hasilnya.. tepat spt dia kata.. Mcm makan ICE CREAM pisang bercoklat!! Memang yummy sungguh! Makan sambil ermmm..ermmm.. pejam2 mata gitu.. tak caya ek.. kalau tak caya, sila godek sendiri dan buat cam K.Nor buat. Biarkan ia kat freezer dan pastu ngap.. perghhhh... best!!
Resipi mousse ni K.Nor ambil kat dapur AnnCoo Journal. Bila Ann post kat fb mousse ni, terus K.Nor ke blog beliau dan pastinya terus terpikat nak buat. Semestinya terus save resipi la kan.. (berapa banyak terus ni ek..hehe..) Ann ni kan, salah sorang blogger yg sangat K.Nor kagumi hasil tangan dia yg halus berseni org kata.Orgnya juga sangat baik nak2 bila kita bertanya (kat blog atau kat inbox atau wallnya di fb, pasti dia melayan dgn baik, memberikan jawapan pd pertanyaan kita) Tq so much Ann, this CHOCOLATE BANANA MOUSSE is really superb! And really worth of trying too... with chocolate and banana mousse affiliated formed, it is very delicious.. :)
CHOCOLATE BANANA MOUSSE
recipe : AnnCooJournal
Ingredients: makes about 8-10 cups Chocolate Ganache
100g Whipping cream
150g Valrhona (66%) chocolate, chop to pieces
Light boil whipping cream at medium low fire and add in the chocolate pieces and blend well till chocolate melted over a double boiler with a hand whisk. Stir chocolate to smooth and leave aside to cool.
Banana Chocolate Mousse
60g Valrhona chocolate (66%), or semi-sweet chocolate if you prefer sweeter, chop to pieces
60g Whipping cream, boil and measure 40g ~ dairy
200g Very ripe bananas, mash or blend to smooth
1 tsp Vanilla extract
200g Fresh topping cream ~ non dairy
Boil 60g of whipping cream and measure to 40g before adding into chocolate pieces and blend well with a hand whisk over a double boiler. Stir chocolate and vanilla extract to smooth and leave to cool.
Whisk fresh cream to soft peak.
Blend or mash bananas to smooth and mix with the chocolate till combined.
Whisk fresh topping cream to soft peak and pour into chocolate mixture and blend well with a hand whisk.
